Ground to handover.

FHP is a general contractor in Dubai. One contract carries the drawing to the keys.

General contracting

Sixteen trades. One line to you.

A contractor is not a trade. It is the one party that answers for every one of them.

One contract. One accountable party. One handover.

Start a project

Every trade, in sequence.

Sixteen trades run on a villa, and each one waits on the one before it. Holding that order is the job.

A raft foundation ready to pour: tied reinforcement over blinding in an excavated plot

Stage 01

Ground works

  • Excavation and backfill
  • Setting out and levels
  • Raft, footings, blinding
The concrete frame of a villa: columns and slabs standing, formwork struck

Stage 02

Structure

  • Formwork and falsework
  • Reinforcement
  • Columns, slabs, stairs
The building envelope: blockwork walls closing the frame, openings formed

Stage 03

Envelope

  • Blockwork and masonry
  • Plastering and rendering
  • Waterproofing
First fix: ducts, conduits and pipework run through the open ceiling before it closes

Stage 04

First fix

  • Electrical works
  • Plumbing and sanitary
  • HVAC and air conditioning
Finishes: a plastered, floored interior with glazing in, ready for joinery

Stage 05

Finishes

  • Flooring and tiling
  • Gypsum, carpentry, joinery
  • Aluminium, glass, painting
Handover: the finished villa at dusk, landscaped and lit

Stage 06

Handover

  • Facade works
  • Landscaping and external
  • Snagging and commissioning

Renovation and refurbishment run the same sequence, on a building that is already standing.

What we build.

Five kinds of work. One way of running them.

A finished villa at golden hour: limestone and render, palms, a pool, an FHP plaque on the boundary wall

New build

Private villas

Plot to keys under one contract.

Enabling works to landscape, and the approvals between them. One programme, one site team.

  • Turnkey
  • Authority approvals

How we run a build
A completed five-storey residential building at blue hour, balconies lit, a reflecting pool in the forecourt

New build

Residential buildings

Low and mid-rise, built to a programme.

Frame, envelope and services floor by floor, checked before anything closes in.

A handed-over office reception: oak slatted wall, travertine floor, stone desk, the FHP mark set into the plaster

Fit-out and build

Commercial property

Shell to trading, without the gaps.

Partitions, ceilings, services and joinery, coordinated so the space opens on the date.

Finishing and fit-out
An existing villa under renovation: scaffold and netting on one facade, an FHP site hoarding along the boundary

Renovation

Existing buildings

Renovation with the building still standing.

Strip-out, alterations and re-servicing, planned around occupants rather than an empty site.

  • Alterations
  • Re-servicing
  • Refinishing
How we renovate
A finished villa living room in daylight: stone floor, plastered walls, a low walnut table and a linen sofa

Design and furnishing

Interiors

Inside and outside, finished and furnished.

Interior design, furniture from Italy to a French scheme, and landscape carried out to the boundary wall.

Interiors and landscape
A double-height villa hall at structural stage: bare concrete, blockwork, a stair without a balustrade, the glazing already in
The same hall on handover day: limestone floor, plastered walls, lit stair, the FHP mark set into the wall

Snags closed before handover, not after.

One room, both ways.

Below the line, the hall is finished and handed over. Above it, the concrete it came from. Everything between the two is the work.

A European way of running a site.

Where we come from

The people behind FHP come from France and Lebanon and have delivered projects in Europe. The standard we hold a site to comes from there, and it does not change in Dubai.

How we hold a programme

One sequence, agreed before we start, with each trade booked against the one in front of it. When something moves, you hear it from us first, not at the end of the month.

What gets checked

Levels, line and plumb before finishes close over them. Services tested before they are covered. Snagging as we go, not as an argument at handover, and why that order matters.

We also supply the people.

Developers, main contractors and construction companies come to FHP for manpower. Helpers and skilled workers, on your site, to your programme.

Tell us what you are building.

Send drawings if you have them, or just the plot and what you have in mind. You get back a scope, a programme and a price.
