Privacy.

This page says what this website collects, why, who else sees it, and how to stop it. It is written to be read rather than to be defensible, and it describes what the site actually does rather than every thing a website could conceivably do.

Who we are.

FHP General Contracting, Azizi Riviera 6, Meydan, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If you want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted, write to info@fhpprojects.com and we will answer.

When you send an enquiry.

The form on the contact page has two versions and you only ever fill in one of them. A project enquiry asks for your name, company, email, phone, the kind of project, its location, the stage it is at, and your message. A manpower request asks for your name, company, email, phone, the trades and numbers you need, the site, the start date, the duration, and your message.

That form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes it to our inbox at info@fhpprojects.com. Web3Forms sees the contents of your enquiry in the course of delivering it. Nothing you type is stored on this website, because this website has no database and no server-side code of its own.

If you would rather not use a form, the phone numbers, the WhatsApp link and the email address on the contact page all reach the same people.

What we measure.

Two tools, both loaded only after the page has finished rendering, and only on fhpprojects.com:

  • Google Analytics 4. How many people visit, which pages they read, roughly where in the world they are, and which link they clicked to reach us. IP anonymisation is switched on. We also record two events by name: that someone clicked a phone, WhatsApp, email or contact link, and that someone submitted the enquiry form.
  • Microsoft Clarity. Heat maps and session recordings of how the page is used. This site is built around a scroll, and a recording is the only honest way to tell whether that scroll works on a real phone. Clarity masks text you type by default.

Both set cookies in your browser. Neither is used for advertising.

What we do not do.

  • No advertising cookies, no remarketing, no tracking pixels for ad networks.
  • No selling or sharing of anything you send us.
  • No newsletter, so no mailing list to be added to.
  • The typefaces are served from this site rather than from Google Fonts, so opening a page makes no request to Google on that account.

Who else is involved.

Three companies see something, each for a stated reason, and each under its own privacy policy rather than ours:

  • Vercel hosts the site and keeps ordinary server logs, which include IP addresses and browser details.
  • Google receives the analytics described above.
  • Microsoft receives the Clarity recordings and heat maps.
  • Web3Forms receives an enquiry at the moment you send one, and only then.

Clicking the WhatsApp button hands you to WhatsApp, and what happens after that is between you and them.

How long any of it is kept.

Enquiries stay in our email until we no longer need them, which for a project we did not win is a matter of months. Analytics and Clarity data are held by Google and Microsoft under their own retention settings, and we see reports and recordings rather than raw data.

How to switch it off.

  • Blocking cookies for this domain in your browser settings stops both analytics tools.
  • Google publishes an Analytics opt-out add-on for desktop browsers.
  • Most browsers have a private or incognito mode, which discards the cookies when you close the window.
  • Or write to us and ask, and we will take you out of anything we can.

These tools load when you open the site rather than after a consent prompt. If that matters to you, the options above work, and we would rather say so plainly than bury it.

Children.

This is a construction company's website. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes.

If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it, and the date below moves. There is no archive of older versions, so if the date has moved and it matters to you, read it again.
