About FHPEuropean standard

Built to a European standard, in Dubai.

FHP is a general contracting company specialised in villas and buildings, working in Dubai since 2022. The people behind it come from France and Lebanon, and have delivered projects in Europe.

Where the standard comes from.

Our experience was built on European sites, where tolerances are tight, inspections are real, and a programme is something a client can plan around rather than a document produced at tender. That background is the reason this company exists in the form it does, and it is what we have been building to in Dubai since 2022.

Dubai is a different market with a different pace, and we are not interested in pretending otherwise. What travels is the method: sequence the work properly, check it at the points where a mistake gets buried, and finish the last five per cent to the same standard as the first ninety five. In practice that means holding the order the trades work in and closing snags before handover.

The standard, shown.

One villa at structure and at handover. The line between the two is the work we answer for. Move it.

Structure: frame, blockwork, waterproofing, first fix.Handover: finishes, joinery, landscape, lighting.

What we hold ourselves to.

  1. Quality

Work is inspected while it can still be corrected. Levels, line and plumb are checked before finishes close over them, and services are tested before they are covered.

  2. Project management

One sequence, agreed in advance, with each trade booked against the one in front of it. When a date moves, the client hears it from us at the time, not at the end of the month.

  3. Safety

A site is a workplace before it is a project. Access, edge protection and housekeeping are part of the programme, not something arranged after an incident.

  4. Deadlines

A date given is a date planned backwards from, with the float held where the risk actually sits rather than at the end where it is already too late.

One company, three ways of working.

We take on complete construction projects as the contractor, carrying every trade from ground works to handover, on new buildings and on ones already standing. We design, furnish and landscape the inside and the outside. And we supply manpower to developers, main contractors and construction companies who need additional people on their own sites.

All three come from the same place: people who know how a site is supposed to run.
